PSIpenta provides support for aircraft manufacturing—from receiving an order, through the planning phase, all the way to final assembly. However, the biggest benefit of this ERP program was seen in increased flexibility during production. Lead times were able to be reduced, while conciliation of planning vs. reality considerably improved (target/actual comparison).
