Existing commercial ERP systems are often not suitable for planning and controlling value-adding processes in the production. The PSIpenta Planning, Execution & Control solution provides individually combinable standard modules for integrated planning and control of production for different areas of the company. All modules can be easily integrated via the standard interface PSIintegration. Potential saving at production level

Today, almost all businesses use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to plan and control business processes and to optimise coordination and resolve the various interdependencies. They ensure high transparency and rapid response on the corporate management level. Further potential savings are frequently hidden in the production and automation level and the optimised linkage of administrative processes with production processes. Surprisingly, however, IT support for planning and control still plays a minor role, particularly at the production level and even in plants belonging to internationally active corporations.

Goodbye to isolated solutions

Integration through interface technology

All modules can be fully integrated into an existing software environment independently of one another. We do this by using an interface technology based on an interface known as PSIintegration 3.1, which has been developed by PSI and certified by SAP. This guarantees high-speed data collection and enables synchronous data exchange between systems.
